Mark Borden is a tax partner in the Houston, Texas office of PwC. Mr. Borden has extensive experience with PwC, Borden has experience with mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation issues, consolidated return issues and FAS 109. From 2005—2014, Mr. Borden served as the Houston tax market leader for the Private Company Services practice. In this role, he worked with a number of private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Mr. Borden has experience with the issues surrounding private equity, including structuring, compensation, and exit strategies. In 2014, Mr. Borden assumed the role of tax market leader for the Greater Houston market, encompassing Houston, Oklahoma and New Orleans.
