Paddy is a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services team at EY, with a primary focus on buy- and sell-side due diligence for private equity clients. Prior to joining EY he spent over 10 years in the TS team at Deloitte in the UK, the US and the Middle East. He has significant experience advising both private equity houses and corporate investors through the transaction lifecycle, especially buy-and-build strategies, as well as restructuring and refinancing. He is a UK Chartered Accountant and has a BSc (Hons) Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh. In addition to transaction work, Paddy leads EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year program for Orlando.
