Sarah Sabatini

Sarah Sabatini is the Microsoft Statutory Accounting Global Functional Lead for Americas, EMEA and Asia Operation Centers. She leads the Microsoft Statutory Centers of Excellence team supporting financial statement filings for over 100 foreign entities in 27 countries. Ms. Sabatini is a Finance Director at Microsoft and has performed various roles including Compliance and Financial Planning and Analysis.
 

Before joining Microsoft Corporation in 2009, Ms. Sabatini worked as an Accounting Manager at International Gaming Technology focusing on revenue recognition. She worked at Ernst and Young in San Jose California focusing on Technology sector and SOX 404 implementations.  She has over 19 years of experience with financial statements and analysis, local statutory accounting, technical accounting research, and compliance for global multinationals. 
 

Ms. Sabatini has a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also is a licensed certified public accounting. Ms. Sabatini is a board member for the Northern Nevada International Center. In 2019, Ms. Sabatini was honored as a Women of Achievement by the Nevada Woman’s Fund. Sarah lives with her husband Brett, two children Addison and Nick and are active in their local 4H chapter.
