Sean Prince is a senior manager in Crowe’s Assurance Professional Practice (APP). Mr. Prince directly supports the Crowe audit practice with complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, accounting for financial instruments, securitizations, and consolidation accounting. He currently serves as the Crowe APP revenue recognition co-leader.
