Maureen DeCicco is the CPA, CGMA, Partner at WithumSmith+Brown, PC. She has over 30 years of professional experience in both public accounting and private accounting. Her background includes more than 25 years with WithumSmith+Brown, PC, one of the top Regional Public Accounting Firms. She is a team member of the firms Transaction Advisory Niche, Risk Advisory Niche, and Team Leader of the Firm’s Consumer Products and Entertainment Services Group sub-niche of Media and Publishing companies. Her concentration is in auditing and consulting engagements for a wide variety of clients and industries, including broadcasting, digital media, construction, manufacturing, distribution, publishing, healthcare and not for profit organizations. She specializes in the areas of Sarbanes-Oxley assistance, Outsourced Internal Audit services, and Risk Advisory consulting services for both financial and operational management.
Ms. DeCicco has previous experience in private accounting as an internal auditor for a large closely-held international pharmaceutical and consumer products company, working with all operational and financial areas within the company as well as start-up company experience in the telecommunications space.
She is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey. She received her BA degree in accounting from William Paterson University. Ms. DeCicco was awarded "Best 50 Women in Business" by NJBiz in 2011.
