Eloise Wagner is a Partner with the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice at Ernst & Young LLP in New York. She assists clients in understanding and implementing accounting standards and is focused on revenue recognition matters, including implementation of the new revenue recognition standard. She also supports leading global organizations with technical accounting and financial reporting matters related to new accounting guidance, accounting policies, and transaction activity, including acquisitions, carve-outs, and public offerings.
Ms. Wagner has over sixteen years of public accounting experience and has served a variety of industries throughout her career. She began her career with EY in Montreal, Canada. Prior to her current FAAS role, she was in the EY audit practice for twelve years, including a one-year assignment in Germany.
Ms. Wagner has undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from L'Université du Québec à Montreal and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant. She is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and Illinois.
