Rob Schmitz retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Flotek Industries in 2017. Prior to Joining Flotek as Corporate Controller in 2014, Mr. Schmitz served as Chief Accounting Officer of Champion Technologies, a privately held supplier of production chemicals to the Oil and Gas industry. Prior to Champion, Mr. Schmitz served in various management roles at Shell Oil Company and Dynegy Inc.
