As the Director, Financial Systems & Transformation at Ameren Corporation, Alyssa Allaria is responsible for leading efforts to modernize finance's end-to-end processes, organizational structures, and technology to drive value for customers and shareholders. Alyssa has held a number of progressive roles in finance and accounting over the last 20 years and is focused on driving continuous improvement and automation across all areas of finance. Alyssa oversees the design and operation of financial systems, including the first implementation of cloud technology for Ameren finance, which has streamlined account reconciliations and established a systematic workflow for the close process.
