Ethan Bronsnick is a Partner in Mercer’s Financial Strategy Group, a team specifically focused on managing risk in defined benefit pension plans. Prior to joining Mercer, he led Morgan Stanley’s Pension Solutions Group, where he advised corporate clients on the funding and risk transfer of pension obligations. Mr. Bronsnick helped to open the large-case pension buyout market in 2012 and since then has continually innovated while working on pension risk transfer solutions for clients.
Previously, he worked for Credit Suisse where he covered US life insurance companies, first in equity research and later in insurance structuring where he provided liability risk management and capital solutions. He is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of Skidmore College.
