Ann Johnston is a Partner in PwC’s Organization and Workforce Transformation practice and is a former HR Executive. Since joining the Firm, Ms. Johnston has focused on cross industry client projects in the areas of workforce strategy and transformation, upskilling and re-skilling, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and organizational culture. Ms. Johnston has also been a thought and applied practice leader in the areas of return to work, culture of work, inclusive leadership, and related workforce impact client projects.
Prior to joining PwC, Ms. Johnston was a human resources leader at GE Aviation and GE Digital. In both roles, she served on the GE Crotonville faculty. Ms. Johnston started her consulting career in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion field and has co-authored several books on inclusive approaches to mentoring. She holds a Masters in Religious Leadership, as well as a Masters and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems.
