Tom Kovell is a managing director and the National Business Services People Leader. In his current role, Mr. Kovell has responsibility for the leadership and implementation of PwC’s people strategy for over 8,000 partners and staff within the Business Services functions as well as the COO for the national People Leadership Team. His deep knowledge of human capital strategy and operations draws upon his more than 30 years of experience at PwC.
