Mark FitzPatrick

Mark FitzPatrick serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment), where he works closely with MSG Entertainment’s executive management team to support the long-term direction and overall management of the Company. Mr. FitzPatrick also oversees all of MSG Entertainment’s financial and accounting matters, including forecasting, budgeting and financial planning and analysis, as well as the Company’s treasury, investor relations, tax and risk management functions. 

Mr. FitzPatrick joined MSG Entertainment in April 2020 from WeWork where he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he was part of the executive management team involved in building out WeWork’s global finance function, raising incremental growth capital and working with investors, advisors and equity research analysts. Prior to WeWork, Mr. FitzPatrick spent 10 years at Time Warner Cable Inc. where he held a variety of senior finance roles. In his last role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Residential Services, he oversaw all areas of finance for the Company’s $20 billion Residential Services, Advertising, and Programming Networks groups. During his tenure at Time Warner Cable, Mr. FitzPatrick served as a key member of the team that executed the Company’s 2016 sale to Charter Communications, as well as its 2009 spin-off from Time Warner Inc. 

Before joining Time Warner Cable in 2006, Mr. FitzPatrick served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Head of Mergers and  Acquisitions at AOL Inc., where he was responsible for advising senior leadership on the use of strategic acquisitions and investments to transition AOL’s business from a subscription-based internet service provider to an audience-based media company. Prior to AOL, Mr. FitzPatrick was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division, where he executed and managed all phases of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for companies primarily in the cable, broadcasting, and communications sectors. 

Mr. FitzPatrick is a Board Member of the Darien YMCA and New Alternatives for Children, Inc., a non-profit healthcare and social services agency that works with children with complex medical conditions and their families. 

Mr. FitzPatrick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance with honors from the University of Notre Dame and a joint J.D./M.B.A. with honors from Georgetown University.
