Mallory Frantz serves as a Leadership Advisor to financial executives in the Cleveland, Ohio market. As a Managing Director at Siegfried, she oversees the Cleveland office while working with C-Suite executives at public and private companies and in a variety of industries to provide both Talent Delivery and Leadership Advisory services. She originally joined the Firm with excitement for the growth potential and has seen that come to fruition throughout her various roles at Siegfried since 2013. Before joining Siegfried, she spent four years working as an external auditor for Ernst & Young in the Cleveland office. She received her MBA and bachelor’s degree in accounting and entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton.
