Kathleen Quill joined HighRadius as a consultant on the Credit 2020 AI and Machine Learning Editions, as well as the Collections AI Edition; she accepted a Customer Success Position last November and transitioned as a full time HighRadian, which she loves.
In her former life, she was the President and COO of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Gulf States for 22 years, where she obtained her Certified Business Associate (CBA), a professional certification that demonstrates competency in Business Credit Principles, Financial Statement Analysis and Business Accounting. While with NACM, she taught numerous courses at both the local, state and national level, including: Business Credit Boot Camp and Advanced Business Credit Boot Camp, Collections 101, Strategic Planning for the Credit & Finance Department, Teamwork & Leadership, How Credit Can Inform Management Decisions, Business Networking for Dummies, Antitrust Law and It's Implications for Credit Information, Effective Government Advocacy for Your Cause, and many, many more. She is also a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with the American Society of Association Executives.
