Sarah Broderick

Sarah Broderick is the Founder and CEO of The FEAT, an enterprise launched in 2019 that offers products and services targeting the extensive market of experienced professionals that have left the workforce (www.The-FEAT.com).  In April 2021, she became a partner and CFO at Known, a data science-based modern marketing company.  She also serves as the Executive-in-residence and on the Advisory Board at the UConn Werth Institute. 

Prior to founding The FEAT, Ms. Broderick served as a board director, senior executive, and financial expert across a range of organizations, and has 20+ years of senior leadership experience.  After beginning her career at Deloitte, she held senior leadership positions at NBCUniversal and Comcast before joining General Electric to oversee the Company’s SEC and External Reporting.  She later served as the Chief Accounting officer at Endeavor, and later became the Chief Operating Officer, CFO, and member of the Board of Directors of VICE Media. 

She is now a frequent speaker, advisor and expert on topics involving organizations and the future workforce, ideas that form the underlying mission of The FEAT. In the spring of 2022, The FEAT will launch The FEAT Collective, an integrated on-line platform that will serve to bring together a large network of individuals and organizations committed to changing the way that companies work.  She is the author of No Small FEAT, Work, Women and the Hidden Workforce, a book to be released in the spring of  2022 that discusses the hidden work force of talent that companies now have the opportunity to access as a result of the workplace changes stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic. She is also the author of a soon-to-be published children’s book series Tiny FEATs, which tells stories intended to inspire a new view toward female leadership for future generations of young children. 

Ms. Broderick holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, where she was also a four-year member and captain of the UConn Softball Team.
