Ailen Salazar

Ailen Salazar is currently a PAS Advisory Staff for EY and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Spanish and Sociology with 5 minors from Cornell University in May 2021. She is a DACA recipient who was born in Argentina to Peruvian parents and has resided most of her life in Los Angeles, which she calls home. Prior to joining EY, she held various internships including interning for the Pro Bono Division at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, was a Spring DC Intern at Penn Hill Group, Engaged Ambassador for Cornell Office of Engagement Initiatives, and Executive Team Intern at Ednovate Charters Schools. She is also an alumnus from Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). She is a proud Latina, first-generation college graduate who continues to find ways to give back to her communities through mentorship to empower students from historically marginalized communities in their aspirations.
