Private Healthcare Exchanges: The Financial Executive Podcast With ADP's William Giaconia

With the development of the Affordable Care Act, the concept of healthcare "exchanges" was created. A key part of the plan was the creation of "private" exchanges that acted as defined contribution mechanisms for employees to choose the best solution.

A recent survey predicts 40 million will be choosing their plans through private exchanges by 2018. But like any new regulation and employee benefit, private healthcare exchanges are fraught with rules and compliance issues.
